  • In every Achievers Section,  questions include higher thinking skills (HOTS).
  • The syllabus follows NCERT/CBSE goals, yet it can be used for any school board.

IMO Eligibility Criteria  

International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO), organized by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF), has two levels of competition for students between grades one and twelve. The level 1, in turn, is open to all students with no minimum academic requirements, while the level 2 is selective, inviting top performers of the level 1 based on scores and rank. Level 1:

  • For all students from grade 1 through 12.
  • No entry academic requirements or scores to meet to join.

Level 2:

  • Open to students, grades 3-12, who meet at least one of the following:
  • Place in top 5% of their grade according to Level 1 results.
  • Get to form the top 25 students from each geographical zone in their grade.
  • Be the best-scoring student of their school in that grade, only if at least 10 students showed up and answered 50% or more.
